Great product, fast turnaround.
Unsubscribed b/c I have no interest in thongs G-strings, or the latest sexy bras.

Even if you're a customer, there's no way to get human. Call center keeps re-routing you around in a circle with this annoyingly cheerful voice. Finally got human by simply not responding to all the wheedling.
O/W, I'm happy w/ the online card service.

Tip for consumers:
If you call, don't respond to any other prompts. Eventually you'll get transferred to an agent.

Just got off the phone w/ this idiot who WOULD NOT STOP. Told her to keep it to 2 minutes, which she agreed to. Asked her what the co web address was (looking for complaints), but she talked so much I couldn't even think enuf to find them. Phone # was from local area code.
Went through bunch of technicals on what wonderful things they could do for me. And blah, blah, blah. Kept trying to pry out info, as these cos do. What services does my co perform, told her to look at my website, she wanted me to tell her personally (didn't).
Said she would send an email describing what they did and blah blah blah. So I told her to put it in writing in an email and I'll take a look at it. Apparently, what she meant was that-- if-- and only if-- I had come to some sort of agreement. W/ her. At which point she got huffy and said she didn't have time to call me back. I said let's end the conversation.

I reviewed the above business on 11/10/17. Sitejabber incorrectly entitled the business as HealthCare.org, a name surreptitiously chosen by the above cited to imply a connection w/ ACA/HealthCare.gov. They seem to have changed the name of their website, eliminating the words "Perennial Care."

I now have further info about the company.
The sales agent re-contacted me after I canceled and snookered me into signing up again. Cost was $253 + $95 commission to enroll, and $253 /mo thereafter. But the agent did warn that if there were any discrepancy between services he said were covered on the phone and the website, that the website was correct. For good reason. Claimed they had contracts w/ >90% of physician providers.
But later found no coverage for X-Rays, labs, preventive care, well- woman checks, and most common services. Hospitalization paid a flat fee of $550 for ICU for up to 5 days, and $450 for non-ICU beds for up to 3 days.
I canceled after 3 mos, to the tune of $750 + $95. And my wallet lighter by $220 for GYN annual visit and $296 for labs that were not covered. I was able to negotiate down to $220 w/ LabCorp. And they had several different phone number/departments, so they'd shuttle me back and forth when I made an inquiry.

When I called to cancel, that agent had enough nerve to warn that the HC.gov marketplace wouldn't allow new enrollment until Oct, in order to trick me into not canceling. I later was actually able to connive HC.gov to allow me to enroll in a $6300 deductible Bronze plan in Feb, not Jan.

Tip for consumers:
Run don't walk.

Called and talked to a very personable agent. Gave me a quote of $253/mo. For health insurance, but in some elliptical way, the cost could change at any time if I didn't sign up right away. Didn't give usual deductible, OOP max, etc. info. Needed to talk to "verifier" to get that info. Needed pay up front+ a $95 non-refundable initiation fee.
Had to give cc# +3 numbers-on-back inn order to speak to a verifier. She talked really fast, said it was for an accident and hospitalization policy, didn't know about health coverage. If I asked a question, told me that she had to stop the recording and start over.
Knew nothing about the policy. Told me to call agent back.
Tried to call agent but couldn't reach him. Called bank to cancel my cc, ordered new one.
