I ordered two strapless bras from this company. When I received, I couldn't believe how horrible the product was. Shame on me for falling for what I thought I would receive in the mail. And shame on me for not reading the return policy, which could have basically been shortened to say "no returns". They only accept returns for exchanges only. Clearly, this is a company that does not stand behind its product, that being the case. I will never order from this company again and will be more skeptical and do a little more research into return policies next time.

I followed up 4-5 times via the support email address listed on the website (*******@mentality.co) and received no response and. I acknowledgement whatsoever. I ordered 3 things Thanksgiving weekend and did not receive my order until sometime in January. When I received my order, 1 of the items was missing so I reported it 4-5 times with no reply, no refund and no replacement. Horrible customer service. Will never order from this company again.
