I ordered two items that the website said were in stock. One was dispatched 4 days later, the other I rang up and cancelled the order because it wasn't in stock and would not have been available for a forthcoming trip.
It is unfortunate that they say items are in stock when they are not but reading the smaller print on their website does outline what they define 'in stock' to mean. SO in part it is me not reading the small print meant I could have avoided the situation. Nevertheless 'in stock' within its normal meaning does not suggest not immediately available.
It took me two attempts to ring them, the second was about 30 seconds waiting. When I did speak with them and explained that I needed the second item for a imminent trip, they were efficient at cancelling my remaining order and emailed confirmation of the same together with an apology.
Overall, I will read the small print in future, but on speaking with their agent I found them to be efficient at cancelling my order.
