I disabled my ad over a month and half and the billing continued. I called the number and was hung up on twice. Finally got someone that could operate a phone correctly and was directed to the same website as before. I explained to them that this is the same process that I already did and I was still getting billed. I wanted to talk to someone because their process is not working, I am still getting billed. He also hung up on me. The worst customer experience ever. What kind of business model is hanging up on customers 3 times and not resolving the issue. Google quit worrying about the money and start worrying about the customers.
