Jacket was shipped from New York, but returns must be shipped to Canada. This makes the return prohibitively expensive. Northbound Gear does not display their address anywhere on their website, so it's not immediately clear that this is a Canadian company. Don't buy from them unless you know it's going to fit.
Tip for consumers:
Be sure it's going to fit. The cost of returning or exchanging will be higher than the cost of the product.

Since your feedback, we have made changes on our site to make it as clear as possible that we are a Canadian company, and that all returns need to be sent to our return depot in Canada. This has always been stated in the returns policy section but we've made it even more clear now. We hope to open a US return center eventually to allow local returns for our US customers.
