I have suffered for years with many debilitating health issues. There were many days of not being able to walk without pain. I found Rob on Instagram talking about how a 100% fruit diet can change your life. I was so desperate, I took his advice and I began to only eat mostly fruit, then only eating 100% fruit to detox my body. My body was highly acidic as my bones, muscles and organs were on fire everyday. The fruits (mostly watermelon, dark grapes, mangoes), cooled my body down enough that I wasn't "on fire" anymore.
