Ordered set of tires and opted to ship to one of Priority Tire's "Trusted Installers" ( from the Prioritytire website). Based on tracking the tires made it to the local FedEx distribution center and delivery was expected close of Business Monday. Didn't happen with the reason "Recipient can not be located". Called Priority Tire and after 30 minutes on hold I opted for them to call me back. Received a call 30 minutes later and explained the situation, Priority Tire said they would call FedEx and "straighten it out".
Tracking updated to delivery by close of business Tuesday. Didn't happen with the reason "Recipient can not be located". Called Priority Tire and was disconnected, attempted online chat, was disconnected. Called again and I was 9th in queue- waited until I was 1st, was disconnected. Checked tracking status and it was updated to delivery by close of business Wednesday. Didn't happen again with the reason "Recipient can not be located". Called Priority Tire and cancelled order. They stated they will have to wait until tires get back to warehouse before I get my refund. Clearly they can handle a shipment to an address, what is the likely hood that they can handle a shipment return? I've never taken possession of the tires I purchased and they clearly have little control of their logistics, not even sure if tires ever left their warehouse. Fighting this through Credit Card company and Florida and Pennsylvania BBB.
Read through the reviews carefully and see the consistent challenges Priority Tire is having with shipping and customer support. In this day and age, I'm not even sure how a business can survive with fundamental problems in service and shipping. If you are one of the lucky ones to get your tires successfully, Priority Tire will likely be out of business before your warranty expires.

Seek more popular business with reputation for taking care of customers.

We completely understand being upset at an unlucky FedEx issue, but there is no need to accuse us of poor service.
Indeed, we not only survive but actively thrive in this day and age exactly due to excellent customer service and efficient, stress-free shipping.
Naturally mistakes and accidents can occur, but we do our best to resolve them.

We cannot comment too much further about this review as we do not have any Orders placed under your name, but to defend ourselves from your accusation, we do have very high marks with the BBB and do dispute any fraudulent payment disputes.
As such we do hope that your review is at least somewhat truthful and fair, as otherwise your complaint with the BBB will be rejected and your payment disputes closed against you.

At the end of the day FedEx mishaps can occur and at certain busy times incoming traffic can lead to longer hold times, but we do our very best to provide good, fair and exemplary service in all aspects.
We do apologize if we somehow mishandled your Order but give our word that we tried our best to perform as best as possible.
