On 2/09/2023 I visited Scott Clark Honda, of Charlotte NC, a Honda dealership. I visited for the purpose of test driving a vehicle for consideration of potential purchase. The vehicle was in stock. After approximately 30 minutes of exchanging needed information I drove a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport. I was later met with a Sales Mgr. Who presented me a price statement to purchase this car. The statement presented a marked up price of ~$5800 ( on a car which has an original MSRP of ~$33.400k). The difference between invoice and MSRP also reflects a difference of approximately $1500 to $2000.So that would be added to the ~$5800 markup. The total price presented to me was $41,597.92. I questioned the same Sales Mgr. ( Robert Headley) as to unscrupulous sales practice greed. BTW- this is coming from a customer who has owned 4 prior Hondas and which was discussed with the dealer salesperson and Manager. The pricing presented speaks volumes of the unprofessionalism of this dealership. Take your business and money elsewhere. STAY AWAY from this Honda dealership

On 2/27/2023 I visited Classic VW of Gastonia, Gastonia,NC, a VW dealership. I visited for the purpose of test driving a vehicle. The vehicle was in stock. After approximately 30 minutes of exchanging needed info I was met with a Sales Mgr. Who presented me a statement requiring my signature to commit to purchasing the car ( prior to test driving it). The statement presented a marked up price of ~$51,400 ( on a car which has an MSRP of ~$39k). The difference between invoice and MSRP also reflects a difference of approximately $1500 to $2000.So that would be added to the ~$12k markup. After questioning this info I was then abruptly asked to leave "I will show you the door". This was my second visit to this dealer- the first time resulted in a "Internet Mgr." who twice assured me that the car in stock was an XYZ version and included an automatic transmission. I drive 1/2 hour to find a stick shift version. At that time the GM was apologetic and assured me he would follow up when a suitable version arrived ( No one ever did). When I questioned the same Sales Mgr. For his name he refused to identify himself. BTW- this is coming from a customer who has owned 3 prior VWs and 3 prior Audis and which was discussed with the dealer salesperson and Manager. The VW of America HQ located in Herndon VA was notified of my experience and will investigate. There was no profanity or shouting and the audacity of a "Sales Mgr." to ask someone to leave when they question unscrupulous sales practices, to refuse to identify themselves by name, to treat a long term VW/Audi customer so callously speaks volumes of the unprofessionalism of this dealership. I simply wanted to test drive the vehicle. Take your business and money elsewhere. STAY AWAY from this VW dealership.

STAY AWAY- Our Time is actually a "Waste of Time". They ask for criteria, you populate what you are seeking, yet they don't deliver and just throw "candidates" at you and hope that some will "stick to the wall". I am routinely seeing ages well over the age limit I mentioned, routinely see those who are outside of racial/ethnic preference, and many who are just too far away. I called and explained the problems and get excuses. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SITE. I am now in process of getting a refund.

If your community is thinking about hiring and using this property management service DO NOT HIRE. This is one of but a myriad of poor reviews about Leland Management ( Orlando HQ). Abysmal customer service, arrogant, argumentative, unwilling to assist. Will not return calls. Keep away /You have been warned.

Public - STAY AWAY FROM VIVENT - My experience -I am writing to advise I need to cancel Vivent Home Security Service,
Take out installed equipment, please refund money. To explain- You will read some Vivent documentation but to hear
Directly from me-- This system was put in around 10/2017. The first
Problem arose with first visit --a Vivent / Best Buy (2) techs who
Never bothered aiming the cameras properly and one yelled from the
Open doorway " Good luck with your neighbors" -which is why this sytem
Went in in the first place and he could have been easily overheard.
Another visit then needed to align cameras. And to discuss inside
Additional camera. 3rd visit brought inside camera and after
Discussion tech thought not a solution. He downloaded SW. 4th visit an
Older gent took all day long on a Saturday and never resolved the
"problem". 5th visit advised 4th tech should have easily resolved
Problem. He then resolved with 1.6hrs. Another series of phone calls
To back office people to document problems. Another different series
Of calls to back office to advise camera out. 6th tech arrives and
Installs inside camera ( now a "solution") which works for awhile and
Then more camera outage. Back office then tries to recruit me in the
Problem solving wasting my additional time only to determine - cannot
Fix. Most recent John Colvin is inserted to problem resolve/ oversee
Problem resolution and then when I try to reach him I cannot. On
Friday 4/27 I speak to an online tech who assures me a field tech will
Be at my home Saturday 4/28 between 8and 10. No call no show. I call
In and email who then ask " can we send someone between 12 and 4?. No--
I ask for Monday or Wednesday ( next week) and they cannot help. This
Is an abysmal experience where countless hours of my time have been
Wasted waiting on field techs to arrive, when they arrive to do work,
Time spent on phone with back office customer service, emails,... only
To deal with a seemingly never ending series of "wacamole" problems. A
Recent tech who came asked to use the restroom... and couldnt bother
To flush the toilet. This has become exhausting. I cannot
Take the level of aggravation caused by these instances. BTW- After all this they refused to reund my money and now going to BBB to attempt to get back approximately $1000 for cameras and other related equipment.
