My credit card was charged, no filters were delivered. I can't get through to customer service on live chat, no tracking information was sent, emailed and was sent sketchy information with no tracking number. They claim it was delivered, it was not. I give this company a big zero.

Tip for consumers:
I would not use this site. They have my money and I have no filters. I can’t rate anything because I never received the product!! Terrible customer support.

Products used:
Fluoride filters for a Berkey filtration system. I did not end up using them because we’ve never received them or a refund.
