I've been happy to fined Packard auto on google for about a year now and don't plan on ever going anywhere else. When we moved a few years ago to the 'Ann arbor we thought we would try a garage closer to home and immediately regret it. It's worth the extra miles to know you're getting honest, fast, reasonable, and reliable service from really talented mechanics. It's the only place I recommend to anyone anymore.
By the way - they have employees that are as loyal as their customers, which says a lot.
They're also great at the "tell me what it sounded like" puzzle... somehow they always know what's wrong when you have NO IDEA. Plus, giant bonus: they're next to Founding Fathers! How many car mechanics in town can brag about that? One.
