“Did they cheat me?”

So, I ordered CL shoes from the site: http://www.louboutinshoesoutletonlinesale.com. Is there anyone who also orderd and got the shoes. I have sent them a few e-mails, and in the last one I wrote that I changed my mind and won't my money back, but they haven't reply. On their website is written that if shippment has not been sent, they can return money. But since they don't answer, I don't know if they sent shoe. Did anyone ordetd ftom this site so that you could tell me if this is a fraud or what?
