They are basically untruthful. On top of that, they do not response to email inquiry in general. Also they deceive customer in many cases. Some of the cars there are from unknown/cheep sources. For example some of the cars are from Canada. Also they get customers' used cars and sell them on the behalf of them; that's why the cars displayed can be lower than dealership prices (customer gets some gain, i. E. higher than private price a bit for a same reason). They advertise it as if it is a certified one, but be aware that it does not mean they inspect the cars thoroughly. They are just good at decoration on CarFax report. If you find a good deal there, be aware - there is a good reason.

Totally botched my order. Very disorganized business. Disregarded our deadlines, and left us high and dry for a crucial event. We are a nonprofit, so this hurts extra bad.

I even had to chase after them to get them money. Methinks the office staff are asleep at the wheel!

I recently purchased the Fiona white dress & 1st let me say it fit to my curves perfectly. I placed the order on a Friday & got my purchase on that Tuesday, with email updates along the way! Only thing I would say is I wish they had more available sizes (besides the point) but overall, I'm very pleased & can't wait for my next purchase!

Amanda Turner is a thief and a con artist. We hired her to take care of our dogs and she took the mony we left for her and never came back. We had to have a lock smith gain access to our home and had a friend take our severely dehydrated dogs that had no food or water for almost three days to the vet for emergency medical treatment. We also discoverd upon returning hat she had also stolen items that she thought we would not notice. What she never knew was that our home has video surveillance and caught her not only not showing up to take care of our dogs but stealing from us.

So grossly overpriced. I just bought a very mediocre grilled chicken sandwich. I didn't check the price because it wasn't on the product or the shelf. $12?! Are you serious?!

Coffee is OK. The selection of coffee & pastry are probably the only thing worth paying for there. But I prefer La Colombe and Joe and the Juice nearby anyway...

I've been paying for service on 3 devices for almost 2 years and because it has been more than 2 months that one of my devices has been broken, they will not honor the claim. Mind you the deductible is $150 a what rip-off. This was not explained at the time I started the service, but yet they are gladly taking my money. Word to do not give them your money. Do not get the insurance.

Scam company, do not fill the forms and inquire for a loan from this company, they will steal your information and illegally resell to other companies, god knows where. Stay away alert! They are thieves, horrible customer service!

It was a noisy setting as we ate our brunch in Kissimmee that Sunday in January. Tourists and locals gathered and we all enjoyed big helpings of potatoes, eggs and cornbread. Delicious! Good, quick and attentive service.

I ordered 2 cases of coffee from cheapercoffee. Biz. My credit card was charged weeks before the coffee came. When I placed an inquiry, customer service stated that my coffee was backordered. I threatened to cancel the payment and a case of coffee showed up that week. It contained only 72 pods, not 84 as advertised. I contacted the company several times about the missing 12 coffee pods. I never got an answer. My second case of coffee arrived a few weeks later containing 84 pods.

I have not heard from them in weeks, despite contacting them weekly.

As a buyer in the United States, I had an excellent experience with Japan Best. Their selection is great, offering both new and used items. Depending what you're looking for, their offers and sale prices are phenomenal as well. On top of that, their customer service is extremely responsive, helpful and genuine.
I've noticed that most of the negative reviews for this shop are misleading - if you simply read through Japan Best's policies and shipping pages, you will understand why these buyers alone are at fault and the shop isn't liable. All of my orders this far have arrived safely and timely.

I had such hight hopes but what I found was just an overall strange experience. Should have known when I ordered a Strongbow and got a Shock Top.The waitress acted as a bartender. The bartenders acted as the cooks. It took over an hour to get the food we had ordered because the bartender was running between the bar and the kitchen. We had the nachos, potato skins and burgers. Some ofour group opted to go get Popeyes instead because of the wait. The food was gross. Dont even bother. When we wanted to leave the bartender/waitress/chef was no where to be found and trying to get someone to acknowledge you at the bar is impossible. When we found our waitress/bartender/chef she had been hiding over at the dart board with some guy for at least 30 minutes. The only thing that made the evening enjoyable was that I was with my friends. I do not recommend this place and I will never go back.

"I was hesitant of ordering parts on line, but looking at the price the dealership quoted, I said, I'll take my chances." I order a 2 tail lights and a mirror. I loved the prize and the was impressed with the quality of the parts. Will be ordering again and sharing with friends.

I used to use crucial.com to order products despite being slightly more than their competitors because I liked the services offered on their website. After my latest experience - no more.

Ordered two different RAM kits with 'no rush' shipping because my past experience with their free shipping has always been pleasant. 45 days later I see on the tracking it's been delivered the wrong zip code in another state. I immediately contact customer service who tell me I have to wait at least 9 business days for my order to arrive before they are willing to look into the situation. So on the 10th day, when nothing had come, I contacted them again. They told me that the tracking showed it being delivered a week ago. Finally after a bit of a fight they agreed to resend my order. When it finally arrived several days later, it was the wrong stuff. I had to contact them again to get it corrected. It took 4 weeks start to finish and hours of my time dealing with their incompetent and apathetic customer "service" team to finally get what I ordered. Crucial doesn't care about their customers satisfaction and neither me nor the rest of my IT team will be ordering from them in the future.

I've been searching for the perfect headphones for working/running. I have FINALLY found them. I sweat extremely when running and the countless earbuds I've purchased kept falling out and becoming a pain. The Azeca BTH010 never move. I barely even noticed they were there and my run this morning was much better. I feel like buying two more pair just to have them. That's how amazing they are.

"This is a well documented scam site. Ordered a part and got a confirmation email. 21 days later I got nothing so I sent several emails to "jeakie" who is the rep who sent the email. No replies. I went to PayPal resolution center and the claim was resolved within 2 hours. My money is now refunded.
