“BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE”

When you pay extra money for expedited shipping and it takes them almost a month to get the dress out. I still do not have the dress and they refused to refund the extra funds I paid... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... company does not care about their clients!
