Book a room then my flight was canceled. I called the hotel directly who said they would refund me. When I called bookaroom.com to cancel they refused to. DO NOT USE THIS this website.

Placed an order well over a month ago. I was charged and never received my merchandise. I've called, and emailed the company three times with the same bull$#*! email response. I have not received my money back or actually got a response from an actual person.
