I was very nervous to order a dress after seeing the reviews here, but I'm glad I took the chance. The dress arrived in 2.5 weeks and is just what we wanted. My daughter is very happy with it.
Many people mentioned bad customer service, and I did ask a question and not get a response. But for the price, I am very pleased with the result. I'm including a picture of the dress she picked and the one she got for reference.
My daughter ordered a dress for prom, and it is beautiful and fits well. She is very happy! I think the overall quality is very nice. The dress does come from China, so alterations would have to be done locally if it didn't fit.
Tip for consumers:
If you contact them, it may take a day to get a response, but they do respond. If you want any alterations, you might send a picture. There was a slight misunderstanding about what we wanted. Overall, the dress is gorgeous and well made, and we are happy with it.
