Ordering process is good, shipping speed is good, frequent sales and discounts on shipping is good. T-Shirt quality varies enormously, seemingly with the size and style of shirt. Smaller ladies sizes were nearly transparent and might as well be made of cheesecloth, had holes after ~ 10 washes. Larger ladies sizes were ok, but an odd shape (very long in the torso, making designs that start at the bottom of the shirt start around your knees). Men's shirts were ok quality but not great. Shirt tags are removed so you can't see the manufacturer's brand.

Great designs, got a good deal on shipping on a Christmas sale. When the shipment arrived, one of the shirts was the wrong design - emailed them asking how to get it replaced, they told me to keep the mis-packed one, sent me the shirt I originally ordered free of charge with express shipping and it got to Australia before Christmas. Shirts are good quality fabric, designs are durable and sizing is as advertised.

No evidence that there are actually humans behind this webiste - automated ordering works fine, but no progress on an order for 3 weeks, no responses to emails or phonecalls about the order, no responses to a Paypal escalation. About to initiate a credit card chargeback as there is no indication that I will ever get my item.

I was looking for some specifically sized webbing buckles that I couldn't find locally. This website came up though Google, had a good variety in many sizes, had sensible FAQs and a reasonable ordering procedure, would do tiny (< 10 piece) orders, had reasonable shipping charges and (the key thing) offered PayPal as a payment option (much safer than giving your credit card information to an unknown website). I chose the cheap 3-12 week shipping, it got to Australia in a bit over 3 weeks exactly as ordered. All in all a perfectly acceptable online ordering experience.
