The website uses spammers to advertise a website supposedly offering "free cartoons", with mass spam on reputable sites like YouTube. The majority, if not all of the "cartoons" they claim to be "free" are actually copyrighted animated films from a variety of studios; films from large Hollywood corporations and Japanese animation studios are among the obvious signs of fraud. There are also low budget direct-to-video knock-off films, intended to capitalize on more popular films by releasing a poor imitation, that you can "watch" for "free".

Running on WordPress, the site requires you to click on a link to "watch" the "cartoon" for "free", which immediately requires you to complete a "survey" which mainly consists of simple quizzes that require your cell number to complete or download a "game" that most likely contains spyware or malware. To sum it up: there are no free cartoons and the admin and spamvertisers are trying to dupe you into something.

Even if there were actual content on the site, it is still piracy. It should be obvious that you can't trust this site. That's because you CAN'T trust this site.
