I ordered a pair of ugg boots off this website as the pictures looked genuine and there was a lot of feedback saying how good this company was. Ordered then at the beginning of feb and still to this day I have yet to receive anything. After about a month I started getting really worried as I hadn't heard nothing so I contacted them to be told to be patient as they were in their way. A week later still no boots so I contacted them again to be giving a tracking number, which by the way does not exist on ems tracking. After some research what I can gather is that they are taking your money off you and not even sending them out, but if you are one of the lucky ones to receive a pair then they are completely fake. They have stole the pictures off the original ugg website to make it look good but the boots look nothing like what they should. I am now contacting them daily trying to back my money back but they have just stopped emaing me back. So I little warning to anyone thinking of ordering boots from this website, stay well away and don't make the same mistake as me
