So I came in to goodyear on Saturday, southland dr, Lexington, Ky, I had a nail in my tire and I asked the woman there if someone could help me, she was very rude and told me no they couldnt and if I needed service Id have to come back on Monday. There was no cars in the parking lot and only one person waiting, i asked why since there was no one there and she proceeded to say they were all booked and didnt have space available, so I couldnt figure out why they couldnt do a simple patch, so I left, and I usually love to go here but I think the woman needs to have a talk about customer service etiquette
