Still looking for my shipments. Filed "help" tickets. That was a joke. Finally phoned & left a message. I only got a response once I filed a complaint to the BBB and after contacting my credit card company for a refund. They said my order had been shipped. Still waiting for the order but at least I'll get my money back. Stay away from this company!
