This company policy is very poor.
Booked 2 tickets to Van Gogh. Covid reasons only I could go. Contacted fever and they wouldn't refund or give me a credit to use for next time. *******@Fever had No understanding, treated like a nothing, poor customer service. I will never use this company again.

They stock the same product abit more money but 100% honest

They are robbers! They stole my money! I ordered a product with them and paid extra for next day delivery, never to recevie it and let a lot of people down because of it. Tried contacting them for days and weeks but nobody has returned my calls, texts emails! And i have lost out on money, time and name!
