COMPLETE SCAM! Placed an order on Nov. 14th, received a confirmation that my order was received. Checked the website, my order showed as "being processed". On Nov. 22nd, order still showed as "being processed". Tried sending 2 emails, got no reply. Tried calling 3 times, got voice mail every time. Received no call back. Had to file a dispute with Paypal. Seller hadn't replied through paypal after 48 hours. Escalated to a claim.
Same experience as all others here: Ordered 4 items, 3 tops and a dress. Each item is worse than the other. Cheap fabric, poor workmanship, just plain awful. I wouldn't wear any of these even to walk around the house. Their site states that the merchandise can be returned if the customer does not like it by opening a ticket to request authorization. The site also indicates that all tickets will be replied to WITHIN 24 WORKING HOURS. I opened a ticket 6 days ago, no reply. I sent an email to customer service, even threatened to start a Paypal dispute, no reply. Warning to all: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.
