My first order was actually very good. The second was horrible, and they gave me 2 wrong dishes. Nothing like the pictures. Where were the veggies, where was the shrimp? Now, I get it it was a mistake they admitted too. An apology, a credit, a refund.all would have been nice. Nothing, they felt the dishes they sent me were liked by others so? I have never experienced a company that won't attempt to make good on the mistakes, till them. Don't waste your money on a bunch of greasy food.

The new Ipsy/Boxy is no longer having growing pains. I am thrilled with the changes. My boxes are custom for me, I am a skincare junkie, and they see to it I get all the best items. Some makeup, of course, just not as much. The shipping is so much quicker now. I will have my October box early next week, if not today. CS, has gotten awesome! Quick, and helpful.Around 30 for awesome product! I am a fan!

Tip for consumers:
Give them a chance, but even if it takes a month to get to you, it's more than worth it! If Cs doesn't answer your question, just phrase it better. You know they must have thousands of emails a day

What a joke! Amazon, stop using them! 5 days they canceled on me, when I called I was lied to. I finally gave up, and took care of it myself. I hate this company!

The only reason it's not a 5 is because of the predictably terrible CS. I will move on from there.for 54 which included hipping I received 3 full size Dirty Lamb products, and 5 of Earth Harbor. It was a quick ship, and now I am anxious to test out their sub boxes.

I absolutely adore Snag Tights. Them and Sourpuss, have the best CS ever! Great fit, and omg the styles for this goth woman.Cs, is just amazing! They, not me, thought my order was taking to long to get to me, and THEY reached out to me. They got here really quite quickly. They replaced a very late order for me, not their fault. When the original order got here, I was told to just keep it. Us Goths love our Snags!

I really just don't understand CS. It's like they have a script, and say same tired things. They make it look like it's you being a pest. I ordered a box for a gift. I was told it would ship in 1 to 3 days. After numerous ignore emails,I was told it was processed. The 5th day in...hello what about immediate shipping? I was then told they ran out of it. What? Now I am waiting 10 days for a refund. They are just horrible. To add insult to injury I was given 15 percent off if I purchase again. Someone needs to say it...these box sites hold your money for ransom, and maybe months later you might see your product.

I have been ordering from another site till shipping became an issue. I noticed BH had a lot of similar items as Colourpop. My first order arrived in record time, and I loved, loved, loved the palettes. I ordered more today, and a few hours later I received my shipping. I am in love with BH Cosmetics. Fast shipping, great product. What's not to love.

I made a payment to my credit card in March. I kept checking and they never received it. I then find out because of their error, it didn't go to my account. My bank sent it back to them, and they claim they never got in. While they argue this out I am out 500.00. They have now stopped answering my emails, and pleas for help.

During these stressful times we all need a happy little perk, and this is it, Customer service is awesome. They are nice, funny and most of all answer your emails. The boxes are comfort themed. Yummy candles I have never seen anywhere else and bath bombs. You never know exactly what you will get, but that is half the fun. They always throw in candy as an extra. Sometimes there is lotion, a piece of jewelry. The packaging is just adorable. It is a Canadian company but ships to other countries. Age wise, teen girls to us elder goths

If you go seasonal you are treated like you do not matter. I stopped going annual because after the first year,there is a lot of same items. I can't see paying for a yr, and it taking 4 by the time I actually WANT the boxes. I was so excited when I saw the choices. Wrong! By the time us seasonal can pick, most is gone but junk. Plus all the good stuff is in Category 1. So, after 1, I settled on items I would not normally buy. In what I actually wanted, didn't even meet cost of box. I would have done better in Home Sense. The add-ons? Nothing, nada, zlitch by the time seasonal had a chance. The prices weren't even that good. Never, ever again. To make matter worse. When asking when the box I paid for a month ago would ship, I was given one of those no answer answers. Not happy!

Tip for consumers:
don't bother, save your money or go elsewhere

I can't tell you anything about the quality because I still don't have the box I paid for in June. They are a joke! I finally got tracking, but it's no good. It has sat and not moved since September 1. They promised me it would show today, it did not. They will ignore your emails. Don't waste your money. There are better sub boxes out there that actually ship on time. Honestly, I give up so basically they stole my money.
