I made a payment to my credit card in March. I kept checking and they never received it. I then find out because of their error, it didn't go to my account. My bank sent it back to them, and they claim they never got in. While they argue this out I am out 500.00. They have now stopped answering my emails, and pleas for help.


Where do I even begin? Their box is every bit worth the money, but... Their customer service is horrible. This is what normally happens. You order box, and you order add-ons. You are charged immediately and then you wait, and wait, and wait. The box takes about a month to get to me in Canada only because they wait weeks to ship. I ordered add-ons on March 15. They charged me then, and now. They finally are just now saying order exists after many, many useless emails. Now because it was their error, it should go out in a few days. Right? No. Within 20 days? After they messed it up, and had to refund me for items they were out of.Of course, I don't have the refund Why? Because as always influencers get priority. When CS does reply it's lip service. Your issues are NEVER really addressed. I am done with them and bad cs. Now, if you don't mind waiting, getting ignored with bad cs, this is a good box.

During these stressful times we all need a happy little perk, and this is it, Customer service is awesome. They are nice, funny and most of all answer your emails. The boxes are comfort themed. Yummy candles I have never seen anywhere else and bath bombs. You never know exactly what you will get, but that is half the fun. They always throw in candy as an extra. Sometimes there is lotion, a piece of jewelry. The packaging is just adorable. It is a Canadian company but ships to other countries. Age wise, teen girls to us elder goths


I have been with them long enough to be fair in this review. I love that I can pick 5 items if I pay yearly, except, this time most of my choices weren't very good. All the ones i wanted were option one, which you can pay more to get more, but not very fair. If you are in Canada the 3 items they pick for you are usually a bust, and no one wants them, yet we pay more. Customer Service is a joke, they have no idea what to say, so they basically give you lip service. I canceled and told them why, no one addressed my issues. BUT>>>like most sub boxes the influencers get theirs quicker and the items are better. Overall I liked what I got, gave a lot away. Is it worth it? Honestly cost wise it is. But, I can't sit still while some are treated so poorly. They also send coupons that us in Canada cant ever use. Would I do it again? Not for the whole year, maybe for a month but then guess what? You mostly get the junk they decide on. Edit! FFF contacted me after seeing this review. I first want to say it should not have come to this before I got an email from them. But, a member named JR got back with me. He explained how they are sent out in batches. He explained that many products can't be sent to Canada. He also arranged for me to receive some products I wanted, but didn't want to pay extra for from having to buy in same category as another choice. Truth is, and I will own this remark... even if you get 3 items you love, it is still worth more than the cost of the box. JR is the reason I will more than likely purchase another year. JR is gold!

I can't tell you anything about the quality because I still don't have the box I paid for in June. They are a joke! I finally got tracking, but it's no good. It has sat and not moved since September 1. They promised me it would show today, it did not. They will ignore your emails. Don't waste your money. There are better sub boxes out there that actually ship on time. Honestly, I give up so basically they stole my money.


I have been waiting since March for my order. I started a claim and was told they would give me back a penny. Yes, I am serious. Never order from them.


I absolutely love this company. After I placed my order, I was a little nervous with the bad reviews. Are we even dealing with the same company? Customer service answered all my questions quickly. I ordered on the 31st and had my items on the 11 in Canada! WOW! The colours are amazing. While sure the palettes aren't as large as say Urban decay, but 12 compared to 70 in price? I love their brow creme, and that price? I paid over 50 for something not near as good. I am a fan, and I don't see a reason to buy from anyone else but Colourpop! EDIT... I am still in love with the products but not so much with Customer Service. I had an issue with the company delivering called TFORCE. Okay, it would be an issue with TFORCE, and partly it was, but it was CP's response that was on them. I made my issue clear, which was TFORCE refused to deliver item. I emailed CP immediately, and a few days later they said... Oh no worries Canada Post does it all the time. Nope, it wasn't being delivered by them. They completely ignore issues even after several emails. ADVISE If you are not in US order from someone who cares more that you actually get your product
