What appeared to be a great price for a ticket turned out to be a nightmare! If I had not called to ask a question I would have never found out that the trip was cancelled. No phone call and no email! Beware of this website!

I have referred numerous low- to non-income families to get their very ill children some help. No response. No help, nothing. Then I see all the so-called fundraisers they have where they drink and get very nice gifts, and see why no response. They use these so called non-profit profits to personal gains.

After visiting people several times at this complex I have come to the conclusion that the Housing Authority and Health Department need to visit! In one apartment the ceiling has come down twice due to poor plumbing. This destroying and making it quite unlivable for the tenants. Then to find out that during over 100 degree heat, the air conditioner leaked and did not work. When I asked why the management does not fix, they were all too shy to really comment due to the possibility of being evicted. These low-income families have nowhere to go or live so they put up with this. The manager is aware, however her hands are tied. Yep! She would loose her apartment and job. Hmm, makes you wonder, what else is lurking in the area. Even the workers who fix-actually just putting a band-aid on the problems have mentioned that management knows, just doesnt want to spend the money to really fix!

I was a MoneyGram.com customer for over 5 years. It was an easy and quick way for me to be able send money to my family in Mexico. Using the phone at the store always took at least an hour and the people on the other end rarely got the information correct the first time. I recently was blocked from my on-line account. According to the email and customer service I was blocked because of breach of Terms & Conditions. The interesting part comes when you ask them what or why, their answer was that for security reason they cannot tell me! I am not able to go into a store to send money when an emergency with my granddaughter occurs. They have discriminated against me and cannot even provide any information to prove their decision. WESTERN UNION is one cent less than MoneyGram and has been overly helpful in assisting me. So after being a promoter and supporter of MoneyGram.com I feel the public should reconsider using MoneyGram and really look at their practices.

At first I was impressed with the rates they provided until changes needed to be made. I had five very difficult reservations and multiple changes in reservation#'s. When the trip was cancelled all together I called and cancelled all the reservation #'s I had and then asked them to be sure I did not have any other reservations, which to their response was that all my reservations were cancelled. Conveniently, the telephone conversation that this occurred on apparently did not get recorded and they still are trying to stiff me for the fee. All my reservations were cancelled, why would I still have this one when the people never arrived into the country? Been fighting them now for two months and and am ready to turn over to fraud department!

Tip for consumers:
WOW! They are still denying my refund! I asked if all my reservations were cancelled and that there were no more listed under my name and Angie said yes! Hmm funny guess that conversation was not recorded. Again, why would I not cancel all reservations when visitors were not arriving! The prices may be enticing, however the red-tape for changes or cancellations seems to out way the minor $ difference. Respectable business are very difficult to find.
