I have been with Very for many years, but I have just closed my account. Their virtual assistant is useless and when I phoned their customer service line, all it said was the number has changed, but it did not give the new phone number. Also when customers returned an item, we could use the enclosed form to give the information, but now we have to fill in all the information online which used to be readily available on the form and need to print it ourselves. This company is only interested in it's customers when they are ordering, but as soon as there is an issue to be resolved, it becomes impossible to contact them.
