Received $90 worth of food bars - was promised 2 day or less expedited shipping. Since they were chocolate covered and it is the middle of summer, I figured they WOULD be shipped 2 days or less AND would have cool paks included (like every other company I've ordered them from) - well, ended up taking 8 days, they travelled across the entire country (Pennsylvania to California), desert included and arrived completely ruined from the heat. I have contacted customer service THREE times, along with sent them photos of what the bars looked like when they arrived AND completed the "pointless" survey they sent me about my purchase experience and STILL not ONE response or reply. They basically STOLE $90 from me!
