I have been a Mastercard customer for around 20 years. I had not received a replacement so I called, 1 Hour wait for customer service, a rep answered who had a very thick accent, said a replacement would be sent out if I did not activate it my account would be frozen the end of the month, I said fine. The next day I had to spend the night in a hotel due to work being done at home. I go to the hotel, was told my credit card was declined, call mastercard, spent another hour on the phone, they told me my account was frozen I said turn it back on I have to spend the night in a hotel they said no, the best they could do is send out a new card the next day, I also had other payments scheduled to go out on the card in the next day or two. I had to send a notice to everyone saying no not charge my card. I said forget it to customer service do not want to do business with you anymore. I was a loyal customer, always paid my bills on time, Mastercard first customers second = no more mastercard.

Just be careful, read reviews good and bad

I was scheduled to have my apartment sprayed for bed bugs last thursday. I called the company a few days before explaining I have a cat, should he be removed from the home before you spray, they never got back to me. I decided to board him for the day. I was told to bag everything I did what I could. The exterminator came in said I did not do enough and walked out. I explained I have health problems, I am disabled, I can only do so much they did not care. Some customer service or compassion. Go else where do not give them the time of day.

Tip for consumers:
Call another externminator, very bad customer service.

A very dangerous place, I went there before after getting into a car accident and the pain was not getting any better. Spend a few hours waiting to see a doctor, finally got in doctor said I can send you for physio again, no perscriptions, I did not ask for any, given just a brief exam and she told me why don't I try loosing weight maby I would feel better and walked out of the office.

Tip for consumers:
Dont waste your time here, I am not the only one who has had trouble with this clinic, lots of reviews for them and all bad.

I have been with Branded Surveys for some time now and have found them to be very good. There are always lots of surveys to do. I did my $20 test, amounted $20 in points and cashed out. They send an email saying they received a request for payout then another email is sent when it is processed and I got my reward., turnaround time a few days. They have lots to choose from for prizes. The only bad thing I have to say about them thats why I gave them 4 stars is surveys are released at any time so be prepared for a full in basket of messages unless you change the settings for your accout. Other than that I will continue to use them and recommend them.

I recently made the switch to IPTV, I went with ONX. It is one of the best decisions I have made. You have the ability to choose what device you want, I went with Amazon Fire Stick. Package was received quickly, easy to hook up just plugged it in, no set up required. I am a technology challenged person and I had no problems. I have so much to watch I will never be board again. You can sign up for a few months or a year, I went with a year. My term is up next month and I will be signing up again. If you need tech support they are there and get back to you fast, any problems are posted on their web page. If I had to say one bad thing is program listings are by channel you can't see a grid of everything. I would rather have this than dealing with the cable companies and their high prices. They also have a fantastic listing for movies to watch as well.

I had purchased a cell phone from Bewinner that was advertised on Amazon for $116 by them. Bewinner sells its products on Amazon. I read the description on Amazon and it did not say it would not work in Canada so I purchased it. Guess what, the phone did not work here, went on different forms looking for help and was told the same thing the phone does not work in Canada.The picture on how to insert the SIM card is opposite to ours. I got a return authorization and could not believe what happened next, Bewinner did not accept the package, it was sent back to me. Amazon who I have refused to ever do business with again said it was my fault because I did not research the seller. I did some looking around on the internet and found out Bewinner has 82 complaints against them and Amazon new about it, I passed the info on still my fault. They wanted me to try again and send the package back, pay for shipping twice, The $116 phone would of cost me about $300 in the end. Bewinner has an office here in Canada that is where I sent it. In the end I am out $116 and Amazon is out a customer and I am passing my story on about Bewinner.

Tip for consumers:
Research a buyer before you purchase something like site jabber, listen to what people are saying and do not buy if it is bad.

Inconvience is the first thing that comes to mind here, many times had to have a halter, machine had to be returned next day by 9am no ifs or buts, first time just spent 7 days in the hospital, released had to set my alarm next day to return machine, another time -30 outside had to set alarm to return machine, replacement pads were suppose to be supplied as per doctor but never given so I was inconvienced even more. It is not told you can request a female for tests where one has to undress. The head doctor does not explain things or give options for treatment just this is the way it is going to be. Staff is very cold not friendly at all. Patients need a place where they feel warm and welcome not just a number.

Request a meet and great if you have to go here.

I was not aware that one should research a buyer on Amazon before one purchases something. I had recently purchased a cell phone on Amazon, it did not work, upon researching it and talking to people the phone I purchased did not work in Canada. Amazon said it was my fault because I did not research the buyer. I found out the buyer was listed on a scam sellers web page, they had 82 complaints against them and Amazon knew about itt. I sent the information to Amazon, still my fault and I am out $116. I closed my account and refused to ever do business with Amazon again.

Tip for consumers:
If you are going to buy from Amazon please research the buyer first, if they have a bad review then stay far away from them.

none, the product I purchased was a cell phone that did not work ibn Canada. It never said that in the description.

I recently tried this survey site and stopped usinng it. I like to try these survey sites, use till I reach $20 and cash out. This site offers non stop surveys but they do not like to pay you when you cash out. I had reached the $20 mark cashed out and my reward never came, I waited a few months nothing. I followed up with several emails they never answered one of them. Conclusion, if you just want to do surveys fine but if you are expecting a reward stay away from this site.

Dont waste your time, there are other sites that will pay you for surveys.

I recently took out a 6 month membership with Ancestry for $100. It was a very disappointing experience. I was hoping to find lots of relatives that I did not know, I found nothing,. Lots of date and spelling errors in their records. Unless you have lots of information you will get nowhere. I kept getting hints I would click on them and add to my tree later to find out by some members it was incorrect. These people did not belong on my tree. I have a few people in my family that were in the military but could find nothing. The only things I could find out were old addresses of relatives. Some areas you go into require more money to be spent. 100$ for this information was just a waste of money.

Tip for consumers:
Unless you have full names, dates, addresses, pictures I would not use. I could only find birth, death, marriage certificates and old addresses, for 100$- 6 month membership.

I have beem a member of Tellwut for years and very happy with them. There is always plenty of surveys to do, you can also create your own surveys and do other members surveys as well and earn points. Surveys range from 1 point up to 1000 points. You can cash out at 4200 points or save them. You have lots of gift cards to choose from. Gift cards take time to get 4 - 6 weeks but they do come never had a problem. If you are looking to make a little extra then check them out.

If you are looking for good animal doctors then look no further. I have been taking my cat here for years, never had any problems, staff is very friendly and accomodating. They love all animals that come in. I have never seen the staff treat a pet bad or talk to a pet bad. They explain all procedures and let you know the cost up front. I have watched pets come in and none of them are affraid, which tells you it is a very good place here and I recommend them, 5 paws up.

I wanted to tell others of my experience at Brampton Civiv Hospital. A few years ago I was admitted there with a pulmonary embolism. I spend 7 days in the CCU cardiology floor. I had not been in a hospital for 40 years, had no idea what my rights were, I was totally alone. I was told by the doctor they would be doing this and that to me. I was not asked or given suggestions. I had a nurse that did not like me, I suffer from sleep apnea. It bothered her when she was on, kept coming into the room stomping her feet and breathing heavy, she would adjust my bed all night, put oxygen in me. I was afraid of her. Shortly after I was transferred to the regular cardiology floor. I spent my time in the hallway. I needed papers signed by the doctor I asked the doctor on the floor he laughed at me said the doctor I wanted was a senior cardiologist and did not have time to sign my papers. My pay check was delayed because of that. I had to get my family doctor to sign. My right arm had started to swell, the nurse was conserned told the doctor. I heard him answer her, said did you read her chart? Do you know what they did to her up there, that is why her arm is swollen. I was finally going to be released, suppose to go at 9 am did not go till 4pm. They lost my chart and accused me of stealing it. They went through my bag. The chart was found on another desk further up. If the nurses hand not of been fooling around they would of found it. I even told the senior cardiologist about what happened and exactly what I thought happened nothing. I would say about 60 % of the staff was A+ the rest need a refresher course. They talk about the healthcare staff today but what about the patients. If you hate your job or having a bad day please do not take it out on the poor patients. I did nothing to deserve this treatment.

I am changing my review of this company because of my experiences with them the last few months. I had to change my method of payment with them. There seems to be no communication here as I would pay them and they kept saying I did not. I had to keep sending receipts and emails thanking me for paying early but according to them I did not. The next one is scarey, I received a message my package was to be delivered last night between 2 - 9 it never showed up, sent a message back they said today 2 - 9. I take blood thinners, blood pressure and heart meds and I missed 2 doses today, as I have no pills because they did not ship it. Stay away, they are not reliable or dependable look else where. I finally heard back from the college of pharmacies regarding my complaint. I copied a portion of it, I WON, Pocketpills was in error on what they did, see below.

The Panel observes that the Pharmacy's policies and procedures should be examined to ensure
That medications are ordered from suppliers at least several days in advance of the delivery
Date, and that prescriptions are prepared with sufficient time to allow delivery prior to the date

Further, given that the lack of stock affected the promised delivery timeline, the Panel is of the

Care. As noted by the Registrant, the Pharmacy could have transferred the Complainant's
Prescriptions to a local pharmacy so that she could pick up her medications sooner. It was not
Sufficient to send an email, particularly as the email was sent within the promised delivery
Window. The Panel observes that the Pharmacy's policies and procedures in this regard should
Be reviewed and should identify situations in which communication should be escalated as
Urgent and prioritized.
With regard to the issue of the Complainant's payment for her medications not being reflected in
The Pharmacy's records, the Panel observes that staff had applied the payment to the previous
Month. The Panel observes that this was a one-time issue and that it was immediately resolved
By applying the payment to the current month. The Panel takes no action with respect to this
Aspect of the complaint.
In light of these reasons, the Panel issues the Registrant Advice/Recommendations.
Advice/Recommendations
The Panel is of the view that Advice/Recommendations will assist the Registrant in how she
May be more thoughtful in her practice when establishing and overseeing policies and
Procedures for dispensing and delivery timelines, as well as communication with patients. The
Panel therefore takes this opportunity to advise the Registrant of her specific obligations under
The NAPRA Model Standards of Practice and particularly advises the Registrant of the following

Is it really worth taking a chance on your health and seeing if they will ship your meds or not?or what story they will make up as to why you did not get your meds on time. I have learned my lesson, it is not. There are better pharmacies out there and cheaper as well. I now deal with Pillway, they are the best and I am saving $50 a month as well same perscriptions.

Missing the following Dempsters banana chocolate chip bagels $3.79, Club house sweet & sour dipping sauce mix $1.79, M7Ms peanut chocolate candy pouch $5.19, Dare realfruit gummies $2.29. Never received these items, paid for them, not out of stock so where are the rest of my groceries Grocery Gateway? You have the worst customer service ever.
