I'm not even sure where to begin with this site. I placed an order in January 2022. Partial shipment of my order happened approximately ten days after it was accepted.
I emailed them no fewer than six times without a response to ascertain when the balance of my order would be sent. After SIX WEEKS i finally received a reply stating they would check of the unshipped item.
Waited and still nothing. Emailed again. Still nothing.
Finally a return email saying that my order was complete! No it wasn't. Sent another email. Demanded a refund. Still nothing.
When they did respond, customer service said that they had credited back the amount that hadn't been fulfilled on my order.
They refunded the CHEAPER item and not the one I hadn't received.
Still battling with them about the amount.
Under no circumstances purchase from this online vendor.
Also, is it legal to charge tax on delivery fees?
