Used for airport drop off and "supposed" pickup. First. They are the most expensive and they hide the cost when you book so I was shocked when I saw the cost. Quoted $150 to JFK she never said all the additional cost, came to $265... And to top it off it was an old ratty, dingy, dirty car.
Second. As I said supposed pickup, I landed early no text, no call. Got my luggage, Nada. Main office, no answer. Booked a Lyft (luxe and still cheaper than this awful company). Received a text 45-60 mins. After I landed and was already in my "new" car that I had booked to let me know he was there.
The icing on the cake is they had the nerve to charge me an additional $100 for a "No Show" fee. Reason being, they did show up eventually.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Buyer BEWARE!

Seriously TOO good. I am absolutely obsessed with Amazon Prime. It is SO great and SO easy, it actually can be dangerous :) They have everything, the prices are great & you get it in max 2 days, can't beat it! Try prime for the free 30 days, to try it out. ( and it is not a problem to cancel too)

I have been ordering all my physician strength skin care products from them for over a year( Neocutis, PCA, Oxygenetix etc). I have been so happy, and they definitely beat my doctors pricing. I was concerned that the products may be fakes, but many of the brands websites say Lovelyskin.com is an authorized dealer( if that helps). I have not made any returns(1 product I should have) so I can not speak on that aspect, but very happy with authentic products at better prices.

Do not get roped in, not worth the money and a HUGE scam!
First: the boxes are awful, not full sized as they say and usually the products are not good and you give them away (or try too). Any product that comes in color( eye, lip, nail) are always the worst colors that get tossed in the trash.
Second: They rope you in to automatic renewal and literally impossible to cancel and get your money back. According to their horrific customer service when you sign up there is an apparent contract you sign that sucks you into to automatic renewal. Biggest scam save your money and go to Birch Box
