I had ordered 2 adjustable rings for my poor thumbs and they were taking quite a long time to arrive. I contacted the company and there response was immediate and they resolved the issue in record time! I find the rings to be of very high quality and I look forward to the healing effects - since they are so nice looking I can wear them all the time! Thank you Magnet Jewery!
I too wish I had read the reviews. I ordered at the end of August and still have received nothing but a shipping notification which does not allow "tracking"... I think it sunk in the ocean btwn SF and China...
