I ordered several cardboard/tag board cutout figures for Halloween decorating. I am pleased with the quality of the items, but the packaging of them was poor. All my items have creases down the middle because they neglected to write "DO.NOT BEND" on the box. My items were shipped in a flat box with 2 open ends. They didn't use enough tape to close the ends, both ends were ripped open, and there was nothing to prevent the contents from falling out. This could have been prevented if they had only used more tape. I am very surprised that all of my items made it here. I'm not too happy that I spent a lot of money with this company, but they don't care enough about their customers to package my items with care.
