Ive only just been told (after emailing them) that my Mum's birthday card has still not been sent, 7 days after ordering. The tone of the email was so careless, you expect smaller companies to care - these guys clearly don't. I've been told I will receive a refund with barely an apology, not great when the birthday was yesterday and I'm back at square one in terms of having a card sent. Customer service = awful.
