The vetsource.com people are nice their pharmacy department are the WORST

-They are condescending
-They are rude

If you have anything delivered that you need on a monthly basis for your pet-pass on their convient mail service. Every month so far they have been late-flea and harper medication pretty much needs to be taken on-time monthly.

My Vet had to stop my puppy meds because they weren't working-and prescribe her a new brand. The mailer (that was late) was unopened. So the Vetsource.com side stated that I had to speak to their pharmacy for a refund. I waited and waited... I was 8th in line (and waiting over 10 minutes) and then when I was 1st in the queue the phone hung up... So I had to call back again and wait in the queue yet again. When I finally reached the pharmacy-she stated that they could not give me the return-I explained to them that it was late and that also it will not be the prescription moving forward. The Animal Pharmacist stated that they did not ever give money back... but I could call my vet back and maybe they could do something for me.

I called my vet fuming mad (they work with vet source.com), the people at my vet are awesome... and they let me know the woman lied to me they do give refunds but they need a vet authorization... the vetsource.com pharmacist conveniently "forgot" to mention that. I am sure they do not share that because they do not want to give any money back...

My vet said they are moving away from vetsource.com because they are consistently having bad feedback from their patients about vetsource.com "customer service".

AVOID this place... there are so many better places to get your pet meds.

Good company.
CS and questions are answered quickly and kindly.

I wish I could have kept what I had purchased but unfortunately it was too big.
The sizes seemed based on more stocky dogs... Frenchies-Pugs-English bulldogs... as the XS harness I ordered my dog was drowning in.

The return process was quick as was the money being returned.

They have good products (Puppia) and really great deals (much cheaper than most other sites).

Shipping was free with an order of 29$ or more and my package showed up 4 days early!

Tip for consumers: Don;t be fooled by the basic site- it isn't fancy or flashy but they send confirmations of orders and shipping confirmations...and the products are genuine.

If you want to order great body jewelry... fabulous selection and also great customer service... you need to order from here. The site was started by 2 sisters and you can tell that they are totally invested in their business... everyone from the people who pick your orders to customer service reps are fabulous and stands by their work.

-I have ordered everything from the cheaper end to items over 150$ and everything is always of a fabulous quality.
-They stand by their items
-They have good brands! Anatometal, Industrial Strength, TAWAPA, Maya...
-If it is a final sale it states it clearly on the product item
-The site is easy to navigate and easy to find what you are looking for.
-A lot of sizes! I'm a 0g and I can always find pieces I need.
-You get some free items when your order reaches a certain amount... free o rings... all kinds of good stuff.

Come here you will never need to shop anywhere else again.

My complaint is mainly about shipping... and their dishonest and cheap shipping practices.

1. Order items separately. If you have one item that says that it will ship next day and another that says it will ship when it is ready (I ordered Cubs world Series gear literally the same day that they won) they will ship all items when the one that is not made yet is ready... which could be up to 2 weeks. I am bowing down to the mercy of online retailers as I did not live in my hometown anymore when the cubs won.

2. They use the CHEAPEST method to ship your goods to you. I expect it when it is free shipping but when I pay for it I expect decent shipping. They do FEDEX Post which means it is originated by FEDEX but then shipped by USPS... I don't have a issue with either but when you use 2 different shipping services... you add a middleman... it takes longer... right now I have been waiting 6 days for a hat that was supposed to come on day 7 but now it is continually being pushed back. It has now taken 2 extra days to have my goods delivered to me

3. Customer service is the worst... they will try everything not to refund your money to you... they will offer you store credit everything... the customer service folks also say to you well "I am not authorized to do that"... they are not authorized to do anything.

Just avoid yourself the headache and the emails and calls to customer service.

I ordered my product was in production the next day... They are very detailed oriented on where your product is in production... constant emails and information.
The shipping actually took the longest but it came on time and the custom product was better than I expected.

The only issue is that they do not have a very full description of what the product was made out of metal, plastic etc... the design tool that they had online was super easy to use. I would order from them again...

Also the company is a US based company (Based out of Texas) do you don't have to deal with unanswered emails, customs or poor customer service.

They state they are based in upstate NY (according to their site)... They are not... they are based in China, which I did not take into consideration that it would be stuck in customs in China or in the US for an extra 6-8 days. I ordered my case the first week of December 2016-I placed 8-14 day shipping.
I received it 3.5 weeks later...

-They have no telephone number (probably because they are in China)
-There is no email response from the company unless you threaten them with some type of action (like the BBB), then they respond really quickly.

They finally said that they would refund the money and shipping which they did (the one thing they did not lie about).
The cases are really, really cheap. They are cheaply constructed and printed.
AVOID this place the website is very attractive and it lures you in to think that you are going to receive a great item... you're not.

-Products are horrible and poorly constructed
-They have lied about where they are located
-Customer service is non existent
-Shipping is almost 2 weeks longer than what you expected or what is paid for.
