I bought some items on December 19th, 2014 and they were shipped by December 24th, 2014. Unfortunately my items got lost (I don't get any shipping news since January 19th, shipping # RS198829619NL).
I've submitted a ticket on February 27th (because they told me to wait for some more days on February 7th, and the time to make a complaint with paypal ended during those days).
Until now, I'm still waiting for them to answer my ticket. I think I'll never buy from them again. I paid for insurance, so I hope I can get 100% of my money back or at least get my items resent.
It's so annoying, other websites always answer my tickets within 72 hours.
