Screwed my frenchy bulldog out of his veterinarian ordered prescription diet. They LIE and never even contacted the vet! Below is poor quality dogfood that I waited all day to be picked up for a refund. THEY LIED.Fed ex pic up never arrived and they refuse to refund rancid dogfood.My poor dog has to now wait over one week for the arrival of his canine caviar that is being shipped from 3k miles away! They don't tell you about delayed shipments until AFTER they charge your credit card. This is very poor customer service with all of these employees working straight out of their living rooms. ZERO!

Tip for consumers:
Watch out for unauthorized credit card theft!An upcoming autoship may well be charged months in advance randomly.They will not follow up with your vet and fail to process prescription dogfood.Then they LIE.They are all working from home and they simply do not have any supervisor watching for quality control.This company really is slipshot at best with very shoddy employee supervision.They know that no one is watching to make sure that things get done correctly and that is a big problem.

Products used:
Venture dry/but can not use it is rancid and dark blotchy stuff lines the bag (we are screwed they now say that they have no record of a fed ex pic up for a return). /canine caviar ( if it ever arrives)after charging my credit card I now find out it's shipping from clear across the country and will be over a week to arrive.
