The salesperson who convinced me to switch to AT&T was the start of the lies. Basically AT&T is not counting my trade in credit and claims my phone is "lost," so they are charging me hundreds of dollar. However, I have provided them the imei number and usps tracking number. 10 months last and 13 calls later to customer serviceā¦no progress. They are rude and they don't take notes so each time, I have to start over. Often they say, "Let's just see what happens next month" and nothing happens. I have never felt so financially stuck. They will not leave their service without paying the full price of the phone I was supposed to get for free. I have cried and screamed over something so simple. They will not let me talk to a manager. I leave them 0 stars each time they ask for feedback and no one follows up. Avoid the stress at all costs and choose someone like Verizon instead! I have wasted 14 hours of my life on them having the same conversation.
