I've never seen a website that gets quickly and consistently more restrictive, demanding, and aggressive, on both mobile and desktop, just to use the same functions as before. They are satisfied with less and less personal info and consent to things that are not necessary for a recreational video site. Very suspicious and concerning, not to mention the political and privacy fights going on in the news. I have visited them for the last time. I *hope* they get banned.

I'll make this quick. Canada Post is an incompetent, presumptuous, self-proclaimed private company that provides such bad customer service and products that there is no way they exist anymore without government help. They charge for thin air and then they take your property and throw it in the garbage when you don't comply with their backwards policies which literally no other company on the continent observes. Please please please do not use Canada Post anymore, we need to have a viable alternative.

Update: I found out their incompetent joke of a delivery person lied about the address issue. My property was not delivered for NO good reason and then trashed after they stole it. At Christmas.

This site needs to be used with extreme care. While the initial experience was quite good and the usability of the site was excellent, I ended up wasting a lot of time and money because of them, completely preventable and frustrating. My first order took many hours to finish and only at the cart did I find out they failed to list USD as the currency. This makes it far more expensive for me... the shipping also mysteriously doubled after I placed the order making it all come to a whopping 50% more money than I was shown.
That was at least tolerable until I spent several hours preparing an order with vouchers for free items offered for one day only... and only after trying to place it, found out the shipping was OVER 50 USD and they wouldn't even ship the free item to my location. This was not shown anywhere in the offer. The whole order was a flop and I ended up getting nothing that day. I really don't think I'll be going back.

A brief description; I paid for Prime as a requirement for a promotion they offered me. The promotion page was not giving the links their own instructions outlined as the means of applying the promotion, so was not applicable. I chatted customer service and explained the page was broken and they couldn't fix it, so promised to get back to me within 2 days. Over 2 days later they didn't email and the problem was not fixed, and because of the wait I lost another discount that was waiting in my cart because the item became unavailable and I had to wait on this email. I called customer service and instead of being able to bring up any notes, they made me explain myself all over again. I was transferred to supervisor because the agent couldn't help where I was forced to explain myself from scratch again. He promised to help and a couple minutes later hung up. They required my phone number for this and somehow didn't make any effort to call back or even email(or fix anything). So I have spent money and several hours trying to solve this and waiting on hold, and I have been ignored and hung up on. I don't understand what makes them think it's worth it for me to stay. I'm never giving subscription money again just to be treated this way, and they won't be refunding what they already cost me obvs, or fulfilling the promises outlined on their own site. I regret prime immensely, money grab.

I am a nobody content creator. I upload videos that no one cares about. I tried to upload one video and YT took over five hours before it got 'stuck' at 99 percent processing, the last possible stage, and I finally took my own $#*! over to the channel and found out for myself that 'processing has been abandoned' and 'verification is required'. The upload window STILL showed it in progress with NO errors or indications of the hours of upload being CANCELLED. In order to 'verify' YT demands I submit a PHONE NUMBER. I don't have a phone. I have no idea why a WEBSITE REQUIRES A PHONE. I don't need to use a website that arrests all my activity which I make no money on just to... I don't know, force me to submit personal contact info that I shouldn't have to have? Just to upload? Is this in their terms or something? What a joke, I regret everything. I do this for fun and they have structured an entire policy that assumes I will buy a device and pay monthly just to 'verify'. $#*! you YT, head is way too far up the $#*!.

I've used pinterest for years and it just suddenly starts deleting my recipes? Recipes I've used since 2015? I knew I should've written it down and I might as well not use the site at all in that case. Wasted an hour looking for my own posts.

A friend of mine's mother tried to do business here and she was scammed out of hundreds of dollars, despite the company acting legit and doing everything transparently. They tried to get a couple grand out of her in the end and when she contacted and complained they stopping responding and wouldn't return the deposit.

Don't provide a popup video ad, that deceitfully generates a separate tab when you click the X, or you get a bad review.

I don't appreciate someone trying to compel me to submit personal info online to read an article. The site should be structured to enter by subscription only and instead, it seems to be accessible, and then isn't. Maybe nothing 'wrong' with this but it gives a bad impression.

Very you-will-believe-it-because-it's-right-and-also-we-said-so. Not to mention one sided content as least from what I've read. I'm opinionated but, these guys also openly discourage listening to the opposing views. ECKH
Also, you can't force me to agree to a cookie policy by freezing your site until I comply. It's $#*!ing creepy.

I know this is becoming more commonplace but the site wants me to exchange information about myself for the ability to read the article?... Personal info being treated like currency is a hella future-dystopian thing to do. No one should agree to that $#*!.

So I filed taxes just fine last year with the lowest price package that you can still pay money for. Been trying to do it with the free package for two weeks now and their site seems to be a mess - there is a sign-in loop if you try to access their own offer of bringing info from former tax years forward to the current return. There's basically no way to contact them and their own system has dysfunctional and confusing requirements just to access your own account. Sketchy much? Why is it so hard to use a site I've already filed with, and that has my personal and monetary information? I have to wait til the middle of the working day for a 'one way video chat' and their own site can't put me through their 'easy step by step process' to do the thing it's designed to do? Maybe I'll update later.

Update: the customer service I finally got through to was really helpful and admitted themselves there's a loop on the site that you won't be able to solve if you don't know a certain trick. Unfortunately I had to sit on the phone with the cra a month later because my return never came to my mailing address. Still haven't resolved this...

Straight up scam. Doesn't send product or refund charges. My credit card company contacted them to dispute the charge and they didn't even answer. Didn't send a single response to any of my emails. Just stay away.

I spent a week fixing backup and organization oversights, searching for files and generally wasting time on things I should never have to worry about. It shouldn't be this hard when the whole function of drive is to backup and organize. They won't have another hour from me.
