I ordered online during their sale and received 2 different types of curl patterns. Im familiar with their hair so I knew I received the wrong curls.
Reached out and emailed customer service and called as well and was told the owner will reach out.
She finally did and as willing to exchange for "a tighter curl" because supposedly this batch wasn't as tight.
Well, took forever to hear back and then I reached out to confirm mailing address. Never received a response back. I mailed it anyway using the label info. Imagine it was wrong? Well, more like missing a suite # so my package came back.
All this time Im still trying to reach them to send me the correct info. I never heard back, I went on their site and noticed the Suite #. Mailed back again and still couldn't get a contact.
Long story, don't order from them and save yourself the trouble. I have disputed the charge with my credit card, and I can't install the hair because I returned the wrong bundles and I don't have enough to wear them.
Just horrible will never order from them again!
