I ordered from Star beauty not sure what to expect. Can I tell you they were a breathe of fresh air! Ordering hair products online is not the best since the pictures may not portray the actual products.
Star beauty actually took the time to call me back, walk me through my order and provide detailed feedback to my questions.
They even sent me a personal text since I needed my order Asap but was avoiding paying extra for expedited shipping if it wasn't necessary.
The person who helped me actually texted me personally to confirm that they had dropped off my order by EOD and was certain I will receive it within the timeframe without paying for extra shipping.
I have used them 2X already and they have not disappointed.

I ordered online during their sale and received 2 different types of curl patterns. Im familiar with their hair so I knew I received the wrong curls.
Reached out and emailed customer service and called as well and was told the owner will reach out.
She finally did and as willing to exchange for "a tighter curl" because supposedly this batch wasn't as tight.
Well, took forever to hear back and then I reached out to confirm mailing address. Never received a response back. I mailed it anyway using the label info. Imagine it was wrong? Well, more like missing a suite # so my package came back.
All this time Im still trying to reach them to send me the correct info. I never heard back, I went on their site and noticed the Suite #. Mailed back again and still couldn't get a contact.
Long story, don't order from them and save yourself the trouble. I have disputed the charge with my credit card, and I can't install the hair because I returned the wrong bundles and I don't have enough to wear them.
Just horrible will never order from them again!

I ordered products from this website. I didn't find any reviews on them so I figured they were reputable.

Just a complete waste of time and money. I received a generic email confirmation and after that it was crickets!
Ive emailed, called several times, left messages and even used the inquiry form on their website and still no response.

Finally gave up after 3 weeks and filed a dispute with my bank. Suddenly the next day I received a shipping notification. Tracking shows label created but no shipment for another 3 days!
When I received the last notification it states shipped and tracking shows package being delivered to Texas! Mind you the address ship to should be PA!
This company is fraudulent and useless.
Go somewhere else and save yourself the headaches!

Omg! How did I not see all these reviews before buying from this company? The pictures of the dresses are all fake! The dress looked nothing like the pic and looked like it was counterfeit and very cheap quality. Now I can't get them to pick the phone or get back to me after I sent pictures like they asked in an email. I was just told the email didn't include pictures when it rightfully did!
I have 6 days to get my money back or go spend more money to find another dress before the wedding! Just horrible!
