I purchased an engagement ring from Jared using the create your own engagement ring option. It took about 6 weeks for the ring to come in. Once I picked the ring up and got engaged the ring broke in half within 2 weeks. My fiancé was devastated. Can you imagine getting engaged and bragging "HE WENT TO JARED" and the ring breaks in two weeks. So we took the ring back to the store and they informed us it will be ready for pick up dec 2nd 2019. Again she only had the ring for two weeks and now it's gone for a month.

Dec 2: So December 2nd comes I give Jared a call where is my ring what's the status? Nobody has a answer or any idea what's the status on my fiancé engagement ring. At this point my fiancé is furious because we have been engaged for 2 months now and she had a ring for two weeks and every time someone ask to see the ring we have to explain what happed. It's to the point to where it's easier to call her my girlfriend so I wont have to explain the story again.

Dec 14: Still no ring still no answers. I paid for this ring in full in cash when I purchased it. So basically they have thousands of my hard earned money and I still have nothing in return. And nobody has yet to give me a real answer.

Sad part is when my fiancé posted the picture of her engagement ring on instagram Jared had the nerve to ask to share it to there page. I swear I wish I could find that picture on Instagram so I could comment what happened.
