I bought 4 pet tags because even though they aren't cheap, the ' it'll last a lifetime promise' decided it. They look fabulous when they come. But within weeks the colour starts to wear off. I notified them and they asked me to send photos which I did. They responded that because you can still read the engraving they can't do anything about it. I've got 2 tags here still to give to certain dogs knowing that in a few weeks they're going to look cheap and nasty because the colour is already coming off. After several emails, they said they would send me a new tag, but upon receipt of the new tag I have to return the old one. Which I had no problem doing at all... until they said I had to pay tfor the return. But they don't ask you to send it to Switzerland which is where they are dispatched from, you have to return it to USA. And this will cost more than the tag itself. Why have we got to pay for a return to a place we didn't buy it from?
