I have been a customer of wow for 7 years. I returned the boxes when i moved out and they credited by account for all but one box. Spent on hold for 30 minutes to request clarity on what happened. Difficulty communicating with the representative. Acknowledged finally some of the boxes were returned after challenging the point. Requested a waiver for the $199 dollar fee for a 7 year old cable box being charged. Told me nothing can be done. Sadly I enjoyed wow as a cable provider, but this experience has left me confident i'll never use them again.
