After deciding to try their U Try program, I was informed that the driver I wanted to try was no longer available. ( why was I allowed to order it if it wasn't in their inventory?)
My card was charged $529.99 even though they never even sent the driver. After 3 days my card was still showing the charge so I called and was assured it would be taken care of within 24 hours. Another call was made when it still was showing the charge, this time, assured it would be manually over ridden by a manager. 2 days later, nothing changed and the customer service rep tried saying rest assured, your card hasn't had the funds withdrawn yet. After explaining that my debit card was $529.99 short he told me he would look into it and send me an email by end of day. No email and a call to my debit card company to hear that they have yet to receive a release from Global Golf has me writing this review.
This is around my 4th purchase from them and the first time there had been an issue. It will be my last purchase or should I say last non purchase.
