This is the second time we have had our order incorrect - both times an ordered sandwich was missing. We live 6 miles from Ashland and did not discover the missing sandwich until we got home. I tried calling 4 times from 7 to 8 pm and my call was cut off. Finally, a woman answered the phone, I told her my name and about the missing sandwich. She said they were very busy and could not help me. She said to call back in an hour. What kind of service is his?
