Cannot unlock purchased product. Customer service does not answer for THREE DAYS. Loved WordPerfect. Looks like Microsoft succeeded in destroying what was once a good company. STAY AWAY (sob).

Microsoft calculator uses scientific notation, because all Windows 10 users are scientists, right? Online support assumes you want to spend all day reading complaints and incomprehensible internal jargon, but they never intend to fix the problem. On a 1-5 scale of user-unfriendliness and downright sadism, Microsoft gets a six. Everyone knows or suspects that such complaints produce only laughter among Microsoft employees and NEVER result in fixing the problem. The issue is, if you have a problem with any Microsoft product, their website will drag you into an all-day conflict to accomplish something that should have been fixed BY THEM in five minutes, and at the end of the day, you will find that they do not intend to fix the problem at all. Kneel before Microsoft!

Tip for consumers:
Asking Microsoft to fix anything, or to find a solution to problems THEY should fix, will take up an inordinate amount of your time and will be useless 99% of the time. So just let them alone to stew in their own hatred, disrespect and enjoyment of the suffering of consumers.

Trusted them with sensitive credit card information. They failed to activate my account. Customer service hours are a joke. Far below acceptable standards of internet business. Never never never never never never never never never never never never never never never never never pay for this "service."

To address your points however, I am happy to clarify that any billing information provided in regards to an account or subscription is handled in a secure, and protective manner. However, I'm afraid your issue with failing to activate your account does not sound familiar as all subscriptions are activated immediately after purchase, and would not require our assistance in doing so. Prisoner red blend artificial cork tasted like retsina cost 23.99. Toll free number on bottle requires listening to 3 lengthy ads for unrelated products, then hangs up on the caller without a word. Can never trust brand again.

The page to delete old emails to comply with the 5GB storage limit has a faulty sort function and a faulty delete function, which can cause you to waste hours of your time.

Also, your Deleted Items count against the 5GB limit, so after you spend hours deleting old mail, you have to do it again with the Deleted Items.

Well, my order was delivered, but so severely damaged (both front legs broken in three places, one drawer jammed shut with probable damage to the drawer molding, missing trim exposing bare wood) I had to refuse delivery of this beautiful, unique item. In removing it the delivery personnel damaged my solid mahogany living room floor. I paid Chairish $2,174 on May 13 by credit card (including $399 for the worst delivery I have ever experienced) and today, June 30,2019, they are holding all of my money and not offered to fix the floor. They have required me to spend hours taking, resizing and sending photographs. A very sad experience.

I so want this business to work! But calling their contract delivery service (not Chairish themselves, who are smelling their own --- well you know --- in San Francisco) I was informed by a customer service representative that I had missed the deadline of Friday to confirm delivery for the next week (I called Saturday morning). Not having been informed of such a deadline, I must assume that their instructions include "treat customer like a biyuch" none of which re; ates to the delivery of furniture to reasonable people. By the way, I had to confirm with the phone customer service rep that my order was a "Philadelphia-style Reproductive Queen." Just deliver the furniture, please, for $399.
