I've had so many orders of printed labels that are crooked and misaligned even the reprints are now misaligned. They use to be pretty reliable but that all changed and has never returned. A waste of money and time. I'm done with Avery for good now.

My hubby and I spent over $100 on oils from this company, the worse 1 was Aventus it didn't resemble Aventus at all and smelled more like pledge the little bit I could smell from it since it was diluted to the point of being almost unscented (chap stick is stronger) but the samples are nice and strong so this is a case if the old bait and switch. Customer service is none existing and rude, looking for a fight. I guess this is the norm for them so their all to ready to go to war. Return policy is a joke so check it before you buy.

Placed and order but it never shipped and the following weeks I recieved alerts that an attempt was being made to steal my personal information to post on the dark web by this site.

I placed an order and 2 weeks later it was still being processed so I tried contacting them everyday for a week but no reply so on last attempt I requested a cancelation because I was forced to order from another site but again after requesting 3 separate times for a cancelation I heard no response and began thinking that maybe they were out of business and forgot to shut down the site. Almost a full month I received a email reply stating the order was shipped. I received the package 5 days later and again more unhappiness due to the oils being so off that they didn't resemble either fragrance that they were supposed to be. You have now been warned. Never again will I shop with this terrible company.

Within an hour of ordering, my package was on its way. Now that's fast good service. I look forward to ordering again. Everything was just right. Good job
