So, you buy CBD products which are BLOODY expensive, they give no information for safe usage. They have very cursory information on their CBD creme in 2 point font on their silver dollar size bottle and when asking for a print out of their product use, send you to a WRONG URL link that has nothing to do with usage instructions or warnings. When asking about Testing for CBD which is a "normal" request, they send you to a generic vague testing site that doesn't not correlate with your bottle. I guess they don't understand safety of use of this product, or why you would actually need testing information on Cannabis. This is just another way for them to make "money" without protecting their clients. Did you know that there are roughly 52 various drug interactions with CBD oil, due to antagonist enzyme 450 That can do serious harm to your liver? For a quick example of this, please look up: clinicaltrials.gov NCT*******. This is the quick gist of the study quoted: "Evidence from the few systematic clinical studies that have been conducted suggests that THC and CBD can inhibit metabolism of other drugs, via interactions with cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes, a large family of enzymes involved in the metabolism of numerous drugs (through the liver) and foreign chemicals in the body." And was found that prednisone or other steroids are potentiated and prolonged by all cannabis ingestion. This means that if you are taking certain drugs it could affect your liver significantly if you use cannabis, so why would they send this email to me that makes them look foolish?

This is the email: Hello Mary,

"Thank you for contacting us regarding your question. This product information is listed on our website. I have also attached a copy of that information for you. The directions for the product are simply apply to skin as needed.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us! Please enjoy the rest of your day!

Take care!"

The link to sent by their URL information attaches to SOMEONE ELSE'S order, not ours. So I am not including it here, since I think that having privacy matters. For some reason, attaching it not to our order but to an $800 order of someone else isn't a problem for them, it is for me. This response does nothing to answer my questions regarding of the product or how to use it. The general information on the website basically gives an "overview of CBD oil and its affect. Which says nothing about their product (which hemp is federally tracked with numbers, btw), their lab reports regarding safe oil from contaminates, and certainly the email states: "Use wherever needed", does nothing regarding patients who may end up with an additional problem as I stated with cross drug interaction, even with topical use, according to Harvard University. Edu and my local pharmacists. Use like hand lotion? Geez. This picture shows the FONT larger than it is on the container, and can be read, but the back is not included in the photo and that would be all that would be necessary: all sides of the jar. We will not be buying this from them again for obvious safety reasons. I will be calling them to report this gaff.

It was almost an impossibility to get the account to work, and once opened got crazier. You can clip the coupons but have to add the coupons into the order by checkout. Secondly, the person coming out to deliver the groceries approached me calling me "Janet" (which was the next car over, please deliver to the right bay number and the right car, shall we?). I waited an additional 15 minutes because according to "Zebra" I allowed for substitutions, which I clearly stated NO SUBSTITUTIONS because of allergy issues. So the guy delivering the packages was miffed off (why no call, then if there was confusion?), lastly the delivery person said "No Tide Pods that I wanted were available". I moved my car, walked into the store and found easily the "Tide Pods" at exactly the same price I had paid, without a substitution was clearly there, there were 3 bags. I went up to talk to the manager and the bagger (delivery guy) was standing next to him. I showed both of them the bag of Tide... asked what the problem was, no response, and the night manager said "Not my problem." It's not worth the time and energy to be involved in an online snafu of a website, that clearly WON'T deliver even if the products you need are in the store. I am disabled, I didn't need this hassle. I will get my Tide elsewhere. Come'on people if you want to be in business you do the job. PS Safeway we had the same problem, so I don't get what they are doing with the Franchise. It ruined our dinner. I will have to work out now what we are going to do about groceries. Thank you.

Tip for consumers:
Look, I suggest that if you have health related issues that won't allow substitution to try elsewhere. They don't have a straight policy on how to fill these orders, or even once you get there, to make sure it is your order. This was the last fill of the night with only two cars, I can well image how this goes when it is busy.

Products used:
I didn't, I walked out.

It's not a blog you can actually put in all your information, they want you to only "comment" on their professionals, which at times gives disputed information ("Fibro is a result of Depression/Anxiety and therefore you need to take antidepressants to deal with your Fibro". Fibromyalgia is a syndrome that has no known cause based on shared symptoms not on causality, and while someone can have depression or anxiety as a RESULT of having Fibro, it is not the cause of the condition unless the person was diagnosed with anxiety or depression BEFORE having the diagnoses finding Fibromyalgia). I am a bit frustrated with the 'professionals' that are posting. Many of the comments are highly Christian which is FINE if this is agreed that the site is geared for only Christian support. For those who are not, will find themselves isolated there further than before joining this website, because being told to "quit complaining and consult your Bible" (as one member suggested to someone feeling at the end of their rope), was pretty demeaning and insensitive. This should have been a way to report this to a moderator but there is no where to suggest that posts need reviewing. Another post suggested "Eureka! They found the cure for Fibro" which again, was based on a sales ad that the member couldn't understand was just an ad and would give 'false hope'. Lastly, getting 20 emails a day or more sending "hugs and likes" isn't the same as connecting with others. At first this seem nice, but you spend a great deal of time consoling others, great deal of time explaining Fibro to folks and a great deal of time correcting misinformation. I joined the site for new information on Fibro, connecting with others that have this condition, only to find that YOU do all the work, their professionals at times give seriously faulty information (that can't be turned in as incorrect) and is a wonderful hot bed of support only if you are Christian. If you want a support group that doesn't take every day work, clog up your email, and requires you to increase the people you connect up with, i would find a page elsewhere that actually does support, and offers you allies that can assist you living with an illness, not make you work harder.

Tip for consumers:
Realize they will constantly want you to ADD new contacts to your account on MyFibroTeam or any of the other medical accounts they have created. You will be faced with misinformation at times and also heavy Christian overtones as well as "Amens" etc. If you are not Christian, you might find a better place to connect with those with your condition, rather than a site that allows all faiths, as well as all genders. It is important to know that most of the work will be done by YOU, not by others

This is now the second time I have had to throw away cheese from Murray's. The first cheese was supposed to be "buffalo" milk cheese that wasn't (it was cow's milk, and no my allergy to cow's milk doesn't extend to buffalo milk cheese, because I now travel a long distance to get BUF cheese which doesn't cause serious allergy problems). The last was shredded pecorino/romano cheese that had BLUE plastic in small bits (the size of the ground pecorino), not one, not two but through out. It wasn't mold, it was plastic. I would show you the picture of it, but it was returned before this review. We paid almost $10 per box for this cheese (as it is sheep cheese again, not an allergen for me) found this 'problem' when I was cooking. Having to run all over town to get a replacement cheese for a dish I was making, didn't make me happy to say the least. We were NOT compensated for the the Buffalo "mistake" by Murray's which I called directly. I am mentioning this because if you have a serious health condition do NOT expect their alternative milk cheeses to be what they say they are. I can understand mistakes, but these are serious issues and problems that not only are expensive to begin with, but if you have celiac's, crohn's disease, or any other gut diseases or allergies, this could have been a trip to the hospital. They need to wise up and take their patron's seriously.

Tip for consumers:
I don't have a tip for other's other than if what you get is wrong, defective, has particle matter it shouldn't to REPORT it. They shouldn't get away with this service/behavior. Foreign item's in food isn't acceptable.

Products used:
What happened is that I did get refunded, but nothing else to 'crow' about for a quality cheese provider that should know the difference between plasticine in their product could be a problem, and in the other case, that the wrong milk was used (or the wrong cheese labeled; cow's mozzarella looks like buffalo mozzarella, but that doesn't mean they are interchangeable especially if you have serious milk allergies). I ended up driving 20 miles round trip to get this 'problem' solved. The telephone call to Murray's equalled no satisfaction other than to report the wrong product.

I would give it a zero if I could. I ended up PAYING out of pocket $100.00 of my money because 1. I am not a shipping company with scales, packing material, boxes and other items for shipping items that are being GIVEN away. You cannot walk into UPS say, "gee wiz guys, can you weigh, box this for me and give me an estimate and I will pay you after I get paypal from someone else?" I was given limited time to ship items, one of them was 'free' because it was a coat, the rest I ATE. Yes, I billed the members only to find out, neither of them can 'understand English' enough to pay me. They could communicate just fine bidding, asking questions, as soon as I sent PAYPAL request, it got quiet, too quiet. NO one is paying me.

Yes I have sent things through normal channels of Ebay. Usually most of us reimburse our shipping costs through careful pricing, to neither gouge the client nor gouge the seller. Here there is no way to protect yourself. One of my bidders had a history of not paying for her shipping (twice!) and Listia, say's "hey, what's the prob? No big deal, just re list your items."

Honestly, I had to pull two so called auctions for EXPENSIVE items, because of harassment by bidders: the items to them are FREE, this is what gets me... continual $#*!ing about everything under the sun, and then... no English, me pay how?

No I will not ever do this again. My 'give aways' will be true give aways to shelters, to food banks, to battered shelters, to churches. This little exercise cost me money, time, stress and worse, emotional distress dealing with the folks who simply like using others.
