I submitted a couple of things about 17 years ago with the intention of entering a "contest." I was too young at the time to realize that they wouldn't let me delete my material if I chose to. Now I'm an adult and have severe regrets about giving them my stuff. They don't reply to emails, or questions from their "contact us" tab, they won't let people remove their names or poems from their site and you can't even delete or unsubscribe your account. There's even a "delete" and "edit" option on the bottom of each piece of poetry that you write, but it does nothing. It's wrong and it doesn't seem like anyone over the years has had any success fighting this injustice.
