Terrible website, masquerading as an official Juicy Couture UK outlet. Goods are sold as reduced from original price. When goods were received, they were wrong size, of poor quality, no resemblance to picture on site and clearly counterfeit.
Now having trouble getting a refund, had all communications ignored, despite their being an returns policy on the website.
Please do not make the same mistake, BUY GENUINE, now seeking legal advice and other avenues to claw back my money.
