“They messed up the delivery of the order”

They messed up the delivery of the order. I had to return the items, and they also messed up the collection of them. It was impossible to speak to someone, and it all had to be dealt with via email. When I've asked to actually speak to someone, they say that its only sales who have access to a phone. Never use them!
