I purchased equipment A few times and the last time they had an online subscription that comes for free for 60 days which I never used didn't know I had to cancel so they wouldn't charge me. 6 months later I noticed this charge and I asked for a refund and they refused. They told me they would stop the subscription and I left it alone. A month later they charged me again and I had to contact them again and were rude. I spent about $500 on equipment one the years, it may not be a lot for them, but it is for me. I guess refunding $120 for them was worth losing a repeating customer. They lost my business. If I could I would give them 0 stars because they have horrible ethics and customer service.
